A redesign and refurbishment to a beautiful Victorian mansion in Tunbridge Wells where the clients main objective was to return the property to its original character and improve the flow and light in to the spaces.

The design started with reinstating the original frontage and arched transom light above a pair of double panelled entrance doors, stone front steps and a Victorian storm porch.

The huge entrance hall was completely reconfigured to include floor to ceiling stoarge cupboards, seating area and a new downstairs cloakroom WC. 

We reinstated original plaster cornicing to the inner hallway and Victorian skirting boards and the family bathroom was fully renovated.
