SERVICE AND DESIGN PROCESS​

I understand that undertaking an interior construction project can be an intimidating prospect. I work to dispel any fears and concerns from our very first meeting.

It is important to recognise that all projects, regardless of size, follow the same staged process, which needs to be followed and managed. Attempting to jump ahead to the more satisfying stages of product, furniture and finishes selection will ultimately result in problems as the fundamentals of a project will not have been addressed.

My design and project management services both follow the RIBA Design Stages used in commercial projects and I take my clients through this staged process as outlined below:

I work  closely with my clients for the duration of the project to fully understand their project goals and create a design that reflects their lifestyle, personality and everyday needs. By challenging how space is used, and offering solutions which may not have been considered, changing the balance of a home can also change people’s lives for the better and ultimately their everyday wellbeing. in many instances client relationships have gone on to become repeat clients and at times even friends!

I offer a completely personalised service, and only take on a limited number of projects at a time to ensure my clients receive an exclusive service. My hours are flexible and my design services are tailored to suit varying budgets on a project by project basis.

I am transparent with manufacturer discounts and pass these on to my clients. Projects start with a free on-site meeting, and there is no obligation to proceed.
