Pre Planning and Project Advice

Louise offers a one-off consultation as a safe sounding board in order to help to get a project started. During this consultation she will offer pre planning advice regarding planning permission and building regulations, expert design advise with the benefit of 30 years industry experience and any initial ideas which may not have been previously considered. She will also provide recommendations for reliable professionals and tradespeople.


This consultation is a great introduction to how Louise’s services can support and guide anyone new to renovation or new build projects. She has kept her fee for this Pre Planning & Project Advice stage to a minimum in order to impart as much guidance as she can at minimum cost to the client. The aim being for clients to leave the consultation with a clear plan and renewed confidence whilst avoiding procrastination and costly mistakes.
