THE PROJECT
A rear extension and small side extension both under permitted development allowed the complete redesign and flow to this 1980’s family home.
The kitchen is now large and bright opening out onto the rear garden and was successfully completed on a very small budget.
The side extension allowed the front door to the property to be relocated gaining an entrance hall and 4th double bedroom.
