THE PROJECT
A loft conversion was undertaken in a substantial 1920s residence in Sevenoaks, transforming the existing loft space into a guest bedroom and luxury bathroom suite.
To address the challenge of restricted head height, the bathroom layout was carefully configured to maximize usable space without requiring a mansard roof extension.
The design stays true to the heritage of the property, featuring copper sanitary ware and Carrara marble tiling, blending modern luxury with the original 1920s character of the property.
